As I expected, we arrived at exactly 12:00 AM. We went straight to my parents' mansion. Kye helped me carry my sleeping twins on the trip. He was carrying Reed and I was carrying Rhian. We entered the mansion and Dad Ramon and Mom Lena are also there.

"My great-grandchildren are really cute," Mom Lena spoke while staring at my twins. None of my own made me smile at what she said. Mom accompanied me to the twins' room on the second floor. A door opened and a pastel cream wall paint and two beds were ready for twins to welcome me.

I slowly laid Rhian down on the pink bed and Reed on the blue. I kissed Reed and Rhian on their forehead and glanced at Kye.

"Thank you, Kye," I said and Kye looked at me and smiled. Eventually, he said goodbye to us. I took a deep breath and watched my children sleep soundly.
