Letting Her Go

Hayden was seated on a sofa, opposite a raging Leandro.

"She really had the guts to leave. She is really stubborn, isn't she? She will never really fear me, will she?"

"I bet that is why you love her so much" Hayden replied.

"But she is supposed to fear me. That is... That is how things are supposed to go so that she can stay alive" Leandro said.

"So what are you going to do now that she has left you?" Hayden asked.

"Are you going to stay alone now? Or are you going to go to her home and get her back?" Hayden added another question.

Leandro fell silent for some moments so Hayden continued speaking.

"I will really advise that you let things remain this way. Maybe your separation will stall the curse again? And you were planning to chase her away later on, right? Isn't it good that she has done that for you already?" Hayden said and Leandro thought about his words.
