Chapter 134. First time in jail.

Susan's POV

I never knew life could be this hard. I have acted the character in prison but it wasn't this hard. I never thought I would be one of those who would wear this Orange uniform even when I haven't been sentenced or anything. Currently, I am nothing but a suspect for killing those people.

“For the hundredth time, I am asking you how those people died,” Detective Henry asked again. For a couple of weeks now, he has been trying to investigate me, asking me questions and pushing me to say I killed those men but I didn't.

“And for the hundredth time, I am telling you I know nothing about it. What evidence do you have that I killed those people? I don't even know them.”

“I won't question you any further. If not today, then tomorrow.” he left me and they took me back to that stinking cell.
