Jessamine suggested that as she saw the family doctor's car on the grounds when she entered the manor just now. She figured that the doctor was already attending to her. Jessamine simply couldn't be bothered about Sasha's well-being. She was simply being courteous with Heather.

"He's already taken a look at her," Heather replied.
