That's how some tribes started calling her. They think she is some kind of prophet who will lead us into a new age. Orchid denies it, and I can tell she doesn't mind the attention.

Still, prophet or not, there is something special about her.

Back at our house, Orchid and I are relaxing together in their favorite spot - a bed of moss next to the central pool in the main room. The sound of the small waterfall is soft. It reminds me of what happened at the big waterfall, when Orchid had her sickness spell. I don't like this memory.

When I look down, I see that Orchid is absently fiddling with the ring on her finger. What I gave her.
