Zander retired to his room. He removed the thick jacket and tee from his torso and tossed it on the chair by the side of the study table. He sunk in the soft plush mattress of his bed and grinned as the stills from the lunch he had five minutes ago crept in his head.
Wow. That was great. He could not recognize having such a gladsome lunch in a while. If not the tasty curry rice Mrs. Brown prepared just for him then Milan and her charm made the moment worth happiness.
She danced on her all time favorite poem, 'Old Macdonald had a farm' as she introduced her new toy to everyone. She seemed happier than all the previous times when Zander got her a toy. She hugged it to herself and even offered 'the little white puppy' as known by the name 'Pappy' some of her food.
