CHAPTER 127: CANDRA'S MISTAKE

"I used Candra to get to him this ti..." Marcel interrupted him.

"Candra?" Marcel asked, a surprised look plastering his face.

"Yes, Candra. She came to me saying she would do anything to bring him down because of what he did to her, so that was her first task, and she did incredibly well," Rodriguez kind of boasted about it, making Ophelia seem interested in this backup plan he was talking about.

Marcel knew somewhere deep down in him that Candra was not going to be faithful to him in any way, but he had no idea she would act so fast.

The least he expected was that she was going to work hand in hand with Rodriguez.

"So she set him up, and he was involved in a fatal accident." Rodriguez nodded his head.

"That means we still have a chance," Ophelia said as she carefully sat on a chair.

Marcel directed his attention to the mother and son... he would finish with them and immediately go to Candra.

He could imagine that she thought of double-crossing him.
