Chaper One hundred and Twenty

Allegra’s Pov

As I watch Xander struggle against the relentless tide of dark energy consuming him, my heart clenches with fear and desperation. Every fiber of my being longs to reach out to him, to offer comfort and support in his darkest hour. But as the blinding light emanating from his form intensifies, I find myself paralyzed by the magnitude of his suffering.
