Chapter 93_ Press Conference

Manuel arrived in the place just in time. He strolled through the dark lobby, heading for the staircase because the elevator was no option. He had to climb all the way up and search each and every office for Vanessa

Jason was quick to notice him when he heard his footsteps. He hid behind a pole and shot at Manuel who dodged the hit and took shelter under the staircase.

Manuel also shot his gun but he missed Jason. The shootout continued and Vanessa heard it. She already knew that Manuel was there and all she had to do was to escape.

She was at the verge of getting her hands from the cuffs. Vanessa moved her fingers slowly, rolling it through the cuffs until it got to her knuckles which was the hardest part for her.

Vanessa groaned out, she was trying to hide the pain and not make any noise so she could escape but it was difficult for her. The pain was just too unbearable for her to hold back in.

Tears rolled down her eyes uncontrollably as she was finally able to free one of her hands
