Seventy- eight

Eira’s POV

It was not my intention to go with him at all. In fact, I didn’t know that he would change all this into an impromptu vacation. All that was on my mind was that we would be back in a few minutes and then boom.

“He didn't do anything to you, right?” Dolphus asked again and I arched an eyebrow at him.

“Do something to me? What do you mean?” I asked? “Is there something I don't know? Are you keeping something from me? Did the vampire King say something to you?” I threw lots of questions at him curiously he didn't reply until after a while.

“If he didn't do anything, it's fine.”

“It’s not fine. Tell me what's on your mind, ” I demanded.

I was confused and what I hated most is when I'm in the dark about something that concerns me, and right now, that's exactly what I was feeling.

“There's nothing actually, I was just worried, ” he replied, but I could still sense that there's still much to this and he wasn't saying it.
