HENRY

I woke up with a flicker of pain. My head hurt and my arm hurt. I tried opening my eyes but my lids felt too heavy.

I tried rolling on the bed but the pain in my chest made me stay still. I groaned when the pain increased and the events came rushing to my memory.

I was shot…I was with Camila . Camila was telling me to hold on but I couldn't. She told me she loved me, she told me to stay alive but my hands slipped off her face.

Am I dead? Is that why I can't open my lids?

I opened my mouth to speak, maybe someone could tell me where I was, "anyone there?"
