Shopping with the old lady was tiring,she keeps buying and buying and it turns out she's buying everything for me

At first it was awkward but I soon get use to her presence,"here Tilly how about this?" She asked showing me an evening ball gown

"It beautiful" I replied, "we are taking it" she said and I smiled arguing with her won't work

The shopping worn me out I decided to rest now that we are back to the hospital

I went to Derek's ward to check up on him but the scene I saw broke my heart

I saw a lady in Derek's arm and they separated as soon as they saw me

"Tilly it not as you think' Derek said and I smiled "it fine" i look at them one last time and left

"Matilda" I heard someone called,it Derek but I decided to ignore him,"Tilly please listen to me" he said

He pushed his wheelchair faster and I turn to leave but he soon caught up with me

"Tilly I called you" he said but I ignored him, "listen Tilly it not what you think" he said

"What am I thinking??"
