"You'll be good when your mate comes around. Don't worry, you won't be going anywhere." Alpha Frederick smirked as he led the way outside.

I stiffened, my movements lifeless. Guards walked behind us, with stern looks on their faces.

Today was the day set for the challenge, and I couldn't help but feel uneasy.

I scoffed, but I said nothing. As we walked, I mused over my new findings at the pack. There was a certain part of the mansion, where no one, even the maids were allowed to go to.

Day and night, an SUV always came to the pack. I couldn't tell what they were up to. However, from my snoops, and the maids conversations the other time, I knew something was definitely going on.

As we moved outside, my heart thudded against my chest. Gathered outside were different men whom oozed strong auras. I had been trying to suppress my fear about the challenge, however, seeing these men outside, I wished I could call Kaden at that moment, just to dissuade him.
