Something didn't seat right with Elizabeth, and she could feel it in her gut. It had only occurred to her a week back that Xander had dropped every intention to charge Declan and didn't sign anything. She couldn't tell if he already caught on to her plan or not.

At the same time, nothing seem to be out of place and it made her feel a bit at ease. Declan wouldn't have to worry about going to jail, and there wouldn't be a need to probe the company's finance. However, there is a clause to everything. Her plans to sell off the company would be on a hold, since she has no idea what Xander might be planning to do or what he is up to.

Sighing, Elizabeth stood up from the bed. She has been lazing out all morning. Indecisive on whether to go to the office or just stay back and prepare for a spa session. Picking up her phone she checked the time, it was past noon.
