Ava Wilson POV

Never had I felt so embarrassed before. Should I blame it on Austin, or admit that I've never done something so daring for anyone else?

My heart raced uncontrollably, even after taking the deepest breaths I could muster to fill my lungs with air. It felt suffocating in this room, and the tension was becoming unbearable.

I used to think anyone could handle a situation like this, but everything was crumbling, and I felt utterly lost.

"Questa cagna puzza," a strange voice echoed in my head. I didn't understand the words, but they froze me in fear, almost causing me to faint.

{This bitch stinks}

Their intimidating tone made me wonder why they were so angry with me. I was scared, to the point where I thought I might wet my pants.

"È così?"

{That's right}

I couldn't comprehend the language they were speaking now. Why couldn't they stick to the language they used before?

The unfamiliar language only added to the eerie atmosphere in the room, making me even more uneasy.
