“You have changed…” I murmured, seeing the door of the house close as Kian carried me inside. “The Kian I knew would never do something like this.”

He didn’t reply. He walked through the dimly lit corridors and hallways upstairs until we were in a room.

Strange how I already knew where the next turn would lead us. And if he had really built the whole place according to my drawing, I could easily find a way to get out of here. Well, at least if he hadn’t found some magical solution to block all those escape routes.

He silently put me on the bed and for some reason, I felt as if I shouldn’t do anything to trigger him any more. So, I sat quietly and watched as he grabbed a bathrobe from the cupboard and headed right into the walk-in shower aesthetically designed in a dark and golden ambience.
