Chapter 55 - Blended

"What's going on in here?" Kane says walkinhg through our bedroom door. He walks over to the bed and he sits in front of me. He looks at his son holding Renee and I can see all the love for them in his eyes. I stare at him and in this moment I know what love should be. "What do you thinks about ypur sister?" He asks Junior.

"I think she's beautiful." Junior says still staring at Renee. "And she's so small." Junior says looking up at his father.

"That's usually how we all start out."Kane says smiling at him. "You were this small once upon a time, and look at you now. A big brother." Kane says and Junior smiles nodding.

"I know, this is exciting," Junior says looking at me. He smiles beaming at me.

"Yeah? What are you most excitded about?" Kane asks excitedly.

"I can't wait to play with her, teach her all the things I know how to do and I can't wait to tell everyone that I have a beautiful baby sister." He says smiling happily.

"I think she's going to love having you as a big
