Thirty Six

Kelly had been given some antibiotics and pain killers before we left the hospital. Paul had bought a new phone for me and I hadn't wasted a second before transferring everything to it. The first people I called were my parents who told me that they were fine and promised to go have our usual Friday dinner together. I had to excuse Aiden with a lie about work.

Second, I called Troy and told him I was feeling really sick< I couldn't come to host a show. He told me to rest and he'd use the backup I'd hosted for emergencies like this. After that, Kelly and I had a lazy day but I kept chatting back and forth with Calla trying to squeeze out any information and changes that I needed to know of. So far, Aiden had gone back to sleep after being given a high dosage of painkillers. That was after him ordering no one to go see him. Especially not me.

Calla played it off saying it was his ego talking. I believed her, but I had a different feeling.
