Axel's Pov

"What's going on here?" Leah asked, dropping the groceries on the table.

She stood with her hands on her hips, giving Jasper and me a scrutinizing look.

I sat up suddenly, positioning myself with my legs folded on the floor, as if in meditation, and placed Jasper in front of me, mimicking my posture.

Leah looked around the messy room with a stern expression. "Why is this place all messed up? And where did all these toys come from?" she demanded.

"We're just trying to pass the time," I stammered, unsure of how to explain the chaos.

Leah scoffed, "Trying to pass the time, and this place is a disaster. Who brought all these toys?" she pointed at the scattered toys around the room.

Clearing my throat, I struggled to come up with an explanation. Jasper looked at me and spoke up, "Axel brought them."
