Scarlet POV

Noah drop me off at my hostel and drive off. Smiling as my cheek sting, feeling like a happy bird as I walk through the stairs.

I turn the door knob and get in. I scan the room for my roommate and I see only Jane in the room.

Cora has been on her own lately, while Maria has always been with Bella but the three of them are currently not in the room.

She seats on her bed, with a short on and a white tank top showing her nipples. She isn’t aware that I’m back because she seem engrossed in her cell phone.

“ Having fun?” I say to draw her attention.

“ Well nothing much, just scrolling through social media. They are still looking for the students who did that to Mr. Jack. It’s serious than I thought.” She drops her phone to the bed, tapping the space beside for me to come take a seat.
