Chapter 61

Noah POV

Mark went ahead to prepare the car and then I hear some voices coming from the house.

I wanted to run in to check but there is no time now. I need to find my Scarlet as soon as possible. Now is the time.

I hear the sound of the car engine, Mark is already at the driver seat and begin to warm up the car.

Michael didn’t go back to bring his car from Aleena’s place so he would be joining us.

I get into the back seat and Michael quickly hop into the passenger seat.

“ LET’S GO.” I order as soon as we settle in the car.

Mark hits the road immediately as he speeds up the car. For the first time since my dad passed away, my mind is peaceful and calm, I could hear Scarlet’s thoughts clearly.

And as Mark continue to drive, I listen to Scarlet’s thoughts. Listening to what her mind says prompt my heartbeat. Gosh I miss her like hell.

I miss her like I miss breathing.
