Can't Sleep

The moon hung low in the night sky, casting a silvery glow over the camp as we settled in for the night. The discussions of the evening still lingered in the air, and the weight of the decisions we had yet to make pressed upon my chest. WIth a small cough, I cleared my throat, trying to find my voice.

I found myself wandering towards the outskirts of the camp, seeking solace in the familiar presence of the forest. The trees stood tall and unwavering, their rustling leaves a soothing lullaby. Moonlight filtered through the branches, painting intricate patterns on the ground.

As I walked, my thoughts swirled with uncertainty. The conversation with Brad had turned my world upside down, and the support and counsel of my pack members had only added to the complexity of the situation. It was a path I hadn't anticipated, a crossroads that meant that I had to be delicate. If I was not careful, some of my current pack members would refuse to come with us over to Brad’s pack.
