Chapter 9

Luca’s POV

“This had better not be a prank!, you what this means and the punishment if it's false,” I said over the phone.

I got a call from one of my men telling me that my brother, Xavier was spotted.

“Very well then. Keep an eye on him,"

“Nikolai!” I called out my wingman immediately I dropped the phone.

Just then another call came into Nikolai's phone.

"Permit me to pick the call my lord,” Nikolai requested and I nodded in affirmation. Not long after, he dropped the call.

“It was a call about a lone wolf. It was from another wolf and yet what was most intriguing about the whole thing was that this caller had demanded no commissions.” Nikolai said with a smirk.

I was skeptical at first but it won't hurt to take those dogs for a walk. We take lone wolves in as a servant for our pack but if they are lucky enough, they might be mated to one of us.

I turned to the nearest man, “Get the dogs and go, we have a lone wolf out of its cage,”

“We have no dogs,” a voice said from behind
