I turned around and my gaze fell on a maid, holding a laundry basket.

" Good morning, beta Phillips." she greeted with a bow, looking at Scarlett suspiciously with an evil grin tugged on her lips.

" Morning, how are you doing?" I asked, my gaze still on Scarlett as I couldn't get enough of her.

" I will be leaving for the office now, take care of yourself. I will come and see you when I get back." I said, trying to keep my wolf in control.
