Rayna’s POV:

My eyes fluttered and I felt like I was waking up from a deep sleep. With a frown, I opened my eyes and found Alexander’s face leaning on me.

“Welcome back!” I felt his lips on my forehead.

“Alexander!” I raised my hand to trail my fingers on his face, “Y…you … you are alive!”

He turned his face to kiss my palm, “Very much. Just get well soon, so that I can punish you for what you did,” He murmured and kissed my cheek.
