Alpha Ramsey’s POV

It’s been few days after the incident in the court and no one dared to say a word about it, the beta knew better than to bring the issues up. I couldn’t believe one of my council members can do such a thing. We are suppose to build the pack but due to some selfish interests some people decides it’s better to betray the pack.

I sigh and dropped the book I was holding when I heard a knock on my door, I wasn’t expecting anyone to come over. I opened the door and I was shocked to see beta Richard standing before me. I furrowed my brows while he bow.

“I’m sorry for disturbing you alpha, we have something to talk about”he said and I gave him a skeptical look, I don’t think we have anything to talk about. I cleared my throat and made more room for him to enter inside my chamber.
