[Amor’s POV]

I was wearing a white and red military tunic with white breeches. The red royal mantle draped over my shoulders was secured by golden chains in the front.

The marriage would be sealed in the banquet hall of the temple. The stage was prepared where the marriage rituals would be fulfilled.

The priestess was making last-minute preparations with the help of her disciplines.

Only family members were allowed in the temple.

Men were seated in the hall in front of the stage. The ladies were all upstairs getting ready.

I was sitting near the wedding stage on the golden royal sofa with Morfan beside me.

I glanced at him, then at the balustrade.

Morfan sighed, “I will bring some water for you.”

“No need,” I said.

“I know that’s not what you need, but water will help suppress your other needs.”
