Emerald lifted her eyes and held Clayton’s gaze.

Justin and her were friends before they went to university. He knew everything about her except her real identity as the only heiress of Giovanni Kingston.

With Giovanni’s power and influence it was just easy for him to ask the school not to divulge Emerald’s true identity. Only a few of the school staff knew her real identity.

Emerald also used a low profile car so as not to draw attention to her.

Though her clothes, bags and shoes and other accessories were high end brands she would usually say that they were just imitations when some of her wealthy classmates inquired how she acquired them.
