Chapter 42: Affection
After returning back home from Kelly's house, I was welcomed humbly by Lena who was half dressed and enjoying her dinner in the sitting room.
She hugged me tightly for few seconds before averting and asking how my drive was. I heaved a sigh and told her it was great, thus we walked over to the couch and fell in wearily.
She then asked if I needed something to eat but I told her I wasn't hungry, but I would like to take something liquid. She asked if beer was okay but I told her wine would be perfect.

Mr. Anderson wanted to take Elizabeth to school but I insisted on doing that.
