I'm here at the mall right now, buying something for myself. I just finished my session with my therapist and things are looking great for me.

All the people in my life are so happy for me after I admitted my mistakes and asked for help, they were very supportive. My father and I reconciled, admitting our mistakes and talking about them like grown mature adults.

Filing the restraining order against me, was probably the best moment in my life, Because every day I started to build myself back up, and day by day, I started gaining my dignity and respect from other people and me. I finally learned my lessons. Lessons like;

• I should never depend on someone

• Never ever beg for someone's love and attention because the right person will just freely give it to you, we all just have to be patient for the right time.

• Accept your mistakes, and learn from them so you can grow to be a better person.
