Justin glanced at Rebecca and then at Jessica; a smile formed on his lips. "As much as I would love to spend the night with my wife, I wouldn't want you to be lonely on your last night at the hospital," he casually placed his hand under Jessica's chin, lifting her face as he gazed into her beautiful brown eyes. "After tonight, I would have you all to myself. You take good care of Mum, alright?" He planted a sensual kiss on her lips. Jessica felt a wave of passion wash over her.

She felt so lightheaded. Everything around her seemed to freeze when Justin had kissed her. It was almost as if they were in another realm alone, just the two of them. She fluttered her eyes open as he released her face. What did he say? Something about her taking care of her mum all night? Oh!

Rebecca, on the other hand, was observing the couple and how affectionate Justin was towards her daughter; a smile graced her face. It made her remember her late husband, how inseparable and lovey-dovey they always were.
