Chapter 57- The reunion.

Katrina got down from her bed the next morning.

She slept with ease last night knowing her sister was on her side this time.

She's going to see Eric's mom today. She needs to talk to her, only she can persuade Eric to forgive her.

Katrina went into the bathroom to brush her mouth. Maureen was still sleeping on the bed.

She came out from the bathroom and walked straight to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.

Katrina locked the door after coming out of the house. Maureen left already for work. Katrina had told Maureen of her plans and she agreed.

Katrina's on her way to see Eric's mom. She walked to a junction where she saw a cab. She stopped the cab, told him where she was going and entered.

The journey to California is going to take up to three hours or less, if there was no traffic.
