The Werewolf Prince/ Jasper's POV
It has now been 5 days of me searching for my love. I now searched alone as I had sent my pack back home and left my beta Daniel in charge back home.
My body was feeling weak and exhausted. I had not eaten, rested, or consumed any water throughout that time. I, on the other hand, was not giving up on my search for her. I had made a promise to her that I would search the entire cosmos for her, and I intended to follow through on that vow no matter how many years it took.
I made the decision that I didn't want to find my love while feeling weak, so I took on the appearance of a wolf and went out hunting for a deer, drinking some water from a river, and looking for a cave to sleep in.A cave was discovered, and as I approached it, the beautiful scent of my companion filled the air, giving me reason to be hopeful.My wolf was also overjoyed that we were finally going to be able to find a mate for him. Memory of the Past As summer gave way to autumn, patrol duties became even more dreaded for me. Both inside and outside of the safehouse, the air became more chilly. The insulation in this room was a complete farce. I let out a long, exasperated groan as I burrowed further into the heavy blanket that had been put over my shoulders. Memory of the Past As Mom's words resonated in my consciousness, I was completely awake. "How do you know he's gone missing?" I pleaded. "Are you sure he's not at the safe house?" Riana's Point of View I woke up with a bizarre headache in the morning.
