CHAPTER 27

KRISTINA'S POV

"No. We won't run away just because someone is trying to help. This situation is beyond ridiculous!"

One of them says, "There's no way out now, and they know it."

My shoulders drooped, and I gave the pack members a tired sigh. It seems that I'd have to do this the hard way then. The small group of wolves looked at each other, confused and worried about what to do next.

The brown–haired boy sighed, looking towards me again. "What are you waiting for? Fight them!" He urged impatiently. "You're not strong enough to stand against them on your own."

"But–"

"Don't even think about it. Just get to fighting before they change their minds. I won't let some dumb kids die if I can prevent it." He said firmly, turning towards me. "I'll take care of them."

"What?"

"No arguments, okay? Go." He said curtly, turning to face the small group of werewolves, glaring at all three. He raised his hands slightly, and his fingers curled into claws.
