Chapter 164 - A king's confession

Things didn't improve in the royal pack. Elena was still in the room, and the king was haunted.

The cloth that the queen embroidered was the only constant in her daily life. She made good use of the time she now had available to let the needle run through the cloth without thinking about what design would emerge.

She's been doing it since she was a little girl. Embroiders, without knowing the design that will come out of the cloth but, always aware that it has some meaning.

Flashback

- Elena, where did you copy this drawing from? – the mother asks, looking at the cloth her daughter had offered her.

- Nowhere, Mommy. I got it out of my head.

- It's very beautiful. Do you know what's the meaning?

- I don't know. – Elena says, shrugging her shoulders - Can I play outside?

- Yes, sweetheart, play. – the Luna says, with a smile.

Little 7-year-old Elena smiles and runs into the courtyard, looking for her brother and friends.

That was a very loving n sad statement but the king knows what he did was wrong as a father to all of his children but we all learn from our mistakes. I hope he gets the happiness that he deserves I just love this story even if I do have to wait awhile before the next chapter keep up the good work
