Chapter 52 - Jealousy, pain, distrust... nothing destroys love

Julius almost sobs with the pain that tears through his chest. A small whimper leaves his mouth, and he turns to go back to the tunnel.

He had waited too long. Romeo had given up waiting. He shakes so much that he can barely walk. Between the knife, he felt stuck in his chest and his eyes stinging from the tears he was trying to hold back, he could barely breathe. He needed to get out of there and finally cry or I just collapsed on the floor. When he reached Lycaon, the wolf would collapse… or he die.

Romeo turns his face to the window, and when he sees Julius, he thinks he is still dreaming, but Julius shakes so much that it makes Romeo's senses wake up.

- Julius? – he says as quietly as he can.

Julius stops but doesn't turn around.

- Julius? – Romeo repeats, lifting the blankets and getting out of bed.

In less than 1 second, Romeo's arms surround Julius' waist and his forehead rests on the strong back of the man he loves and feared he would never see again.

Julius still doesn't move
