Chapter 72 Marco's Seat

“It is my duty to save lives. We are used to being called round-the-clock but thank you for acknowledging our efforts. However, we aren’t done here yet,” the doctor pointed his chin to Marco on the patient’s bed. 

“Skye, this is Doctor Dave Green. He is running his own clinic, so I could pull him out and drag him here more easily than those who work for big hospitals,” Naomi introduced the good doctor, then she also introduced me in return. “Doctor Green, this is Skye. She is the boss now that Mister Marco Alfonso here is not well at the moment,” Naomi said without stammering. 

“What do you mean?” I asked Naomi. I was totally clueless.

“Only you can decide what we should and should not do with Mister Alfonso until he regains consciousness. I believe that is what Marco would want to happen,” Naomi answer
