Dexter's Pov.

"Eww, baby. Stop with the sloppy kisses on my stomach it tickles." Susanna said with a play shudder which made me burst into laughter.

The ringing of my phone drowned out the her the next sentence she made. I almost ignored the call so as not to ruin our little time together, but when the ringing continued, I snatched the phone from the coffee table.

I caught my breath when i saw the caller ID. Why is she calling me?

Being given the chance, Susanna snatched the remote from my hands with that opportunity and changed the channel of the Tv to one of her sappy series.

"Pick up the annoying thing or hang up, I'm trying to watch something and sleep love."she said

"Just a second, and you better put off the tv before I get back" i warned and jogged down the stairs to kitchen

"Mirabel," I called out gently though I was anything but calm. "Are you OK?" I asked when I didn't get any response.

'Mr Dexter , this is Dorcas.'

Great.

"Hi, I'm sorry, you called with Mirabel's phone so I
