“Nothing boss…they won't say anything," Zane and Gabby came back to the living room and told Pedro, who was sitting lazily on the couch. He didn't reply, but kept his gaze on the glass of vodka he was holding.

“Those Rascals are highly trained assassins. I don't think they work for Marcos,” Gabby said with an exhalation and sat down. He was feeling frustrated mainly because, as the person in charge of torturing those who offended his boss, he failed to do his job.

“Of course, they don't …” Pedro muttered while moving his index finger in circles around the edge of the glass, and Zane frowned.

“You mean the same thorn causing all this…is…” Zane wondered and sat down too. Gabby, who had been leaning against the couch, leaned forward. Both men were anxious to hear what the boss had to say.

“It makes sense now… the person knows Marcos won't hurt you or cause bloodshed…so they are finally coming out of their shells,” Gabby remarked with a questionable expression and shifted his gaze to Zane.
