I quickly walked up to Damien's office. When I got nearer, I was sure everything was no longer the same because of the way everything looked from the outside.

I pushed past through the door when no one would answer my incessant knocks on the door.

I gasped at the sight around me. Everything was a mess and everything breakable had already been broken.

"What have you come to do here? Have you come to destroy and cause more harm than you have already done?" Damien asked and I could hear the bitterness in his voice.

Even though we were alone, I didn't know what gave me the confidence to say what I said, but I said it anyway.
