Mira left the company and drove straight to the Jones villa. She was there to retrieve afew of her mother's things that She had saved when her father burnt everything that belonged to her mother. Today,the house was supposed to be claimed after she auctioned it.

When she stepped to the living room, she was met by a flying cup. She dodged carefully.

" Is this your new way of greeting your daughter?" Mira asked with mockery.

" I don't have an insolent daughter like you." Mr Jones countered.

" That makes the two of us,I don't have a father like you." Mira said composed. If it was in her past life, those words would send her to a crying fit but not anymore. She remembered the same thing happening in her past life. To make her father happy, she transfered ten percent of her shares to him. Everytime he wanted something from her,he would treat her badly and like the fool she was, she would use what her mother left behind to buy her father's affection.
