Vera simply ignored her mother's remark and walked back to the house. She would be lying to herself if she said she had been this happier in the last two years. She knew that Mira was her Happy pill but how can she admit that? Definitely not,not even to her mother.

The following day, Vera got off work and hour earlier. Ofcourse, she had to beg her lady boss to be allowed to leave earlier. She wanted to prepare herself by the time Mira fetches her. She was excited to spend time with her friend and chat like old times.

At the exact mentioned time, Mira arrived not today,she was driving her her Toyota Camry. Soon,the two left for the designated meeting point.

Arriving at the agreed Cafe,Mira was the first to step out of the car leading the way for Vera is hi just followed her.

" Over here." Mira immediately spotted Yolanda who was already seated at a table near a window. The place allowed her to overlook the city that was bustling with life with cars zooming off and people walking along
