Today is the company's anniversary. The colossal ball hall was decorated and illuminated with glistening lights. Kate was my stylist today, and I must say she did a great job. I didn't go to work today so I spent time with her in her apartment and she got me ready for the ball before preparing for her night shift.

I walked into the ineffable hall, my arms intertwined with Liam's. He's dressed elegantly and handsomely. As much as I didn't want to hurt Logan by not being his date tonight, I also don't want to hurt Liam. Besides, Liam was the first person to ask me to be his date tonight. He's my friend, so I can't say no.

The big hall is filled with Alphas, Lunas, their children, Betas, and many high personnel. They are all dressed elegantly and glamorous, especially the ladies.
