THE ESCAPE

Angelina paused at the door, hearing the voice of her father inside the room. She eavesdrop through the glassy door and maintain a silence breath as she listened.

Her legs weaken, and tears were forced to gush out of her eyes when she overhead her father begging Conner to not terminate the contract and take in. She didn’t know when her body pressed against the door and it was forced open.

She landed on the floor when the door sprang open and her eyes locked with her father when he turned to face her. She gaze at him with no emotions but hatred.

“I wasted one month for you father,one month!”.

She found herself yelling at her father as she stood up.
