Colt riveted his gaze on Lilith and asked, "Why? Aren't you satisfied? You aren't happy with me?"
"It's not like that, Colt," Lilith murmured. "I was referring to my past."
She tried not to think about her history as she closed her eyes for a brief moment. She really doesn't want to remember what happened to her four years ago. The agony, the incident, and the grief she felt. She doesn't want to go back to the time in her life when she suffered the most.
Colt mumbled, catching Lilith's face in both hands and said, "What about it, Lilith? You can tell me. I am here to listen to you and help you."
