Amelia’s Pov

I tossed on my bed for the hundredth time as I tried to think of what Five had said to me earlier. That simply meant that there was a means to leave the house and I only had to hope that I would be lucky.

“I need to ensure that I make myself lucky…no matter what it takes”, I muttered silently as I glanced at the clock.

It was barely 8:pm and approximately an hour since One left the room.

Standing up sluggishly, I walked over to close the door since I was certain that she won’t be returning anytime soon.
