Chapter 37

Special appeared at the doorstep and placed her hand on the doorknob. Was she ready to do this? Why was she finding it so hard to go inside?

Lucien had left her in a very painful way but then again they are the only people that knows her for who she is, they can't just ditch her over some mistakes she didn't make on purpose. If she were to leave, what reason would she provide to her annoying subconscious? She doesn't have feelings, how is she to feel any bad going to them.

Maybe because she feels hate towards those that hurt her, it's true Lucien pricked a tiny hate from within her but he came to be that wizard that he enjoys working with. Too bad their business had to end early.

Tired of battling with her subconscious she released her hold from the door and moved backward, she wasn't ready to face any refusal. She walked away climbing on a huge tree a few distance away from the house.
