Chapter 9

With heavy steps they arrived his door and the guards led her in.

She smiled in relief as she watched him laying peacefully on his bed. she stood by the door contemplating whether to go to him or not.

She was in her room when she heard a knock from the guards and they told her the prince was awake. After the long wait and the rush of emotions that accompanied her here, she couldn't bring herself to face the prince.

What if he didn't recognize her.

What if he doesn't remember anything?

Those questions floaded her mind and she felt a wave of fear swept past her. 

Yes! She would feel rejected if he act according to her fears. she would be broken the the marrow.
