THIRD PERSON'S POV

I immediately left miss Lois when he came over. I quickly walked in to the mansion and made my way to the kitchen. I tried my hardest to always avoid him. I was confused. Was I supposed to remain angry and bitter towards him because he was the cause of Zac's death? But on the other hand, Zac willingly gave his life for him.

Zac adored him to that extent. He gave up his life for Luca, not considering the fact that he was leaving me behind and alone. I was supposed to be angry at Zac too, but I couldn't. He gave me a reason to live life again. I had nothing!

My parents were murdered, and I was just a lucky girl, who happened to survive after being raped and seeing her parents brutally killed by her rapist afterwards. I was broken, half dead on the streets, when a guardian angel in form of a man came to my rescue.
