The day for the surgery had finally come. Sun rays spread through the room through the well hanged curtains in the old alpha's room, he stretched himself on the bed and lay down for a while. The Adolf alpha squeezed his eyes tightly and then opened them slightly, he realised that Maya was not on the bed. He managed to sit down and mumbled something, he still felt like sleeping. John Gillian yawned again, feeling much awake. “I am sure Maya is with Sophie, she no longer has time for me” he said. He reached out for his stick close to his bed, he then leaned on it and helped himself up. “This will be the last time I will use this stick” he said to himself.
